Our School Day
Here is a typical days routine:

| 8.30 | 12.30 | Children arrive at Nursery School |
| 9.00 - 9.10 | 12.30 - 12.40 | Children meet with their group leader –staff introduce/explain activities/teaching input. |
| 9.10 - 11.00 | 12.40 - 2.50 | Main Activities - a whole range of activities and experiences that change from day to day and week to week (indoors and outdoors). Staff scaffold children’s learning. Tidy Up. |
| 11.00 - 11.30 | 2.00 | Small group story time and singing and an opportunity to share children’s successes and efforts. Children choose library book to take home. |

Teacher Training days
During the academic year September 2026 – July 2027, as a Local Authority Maintained Nursery School, we are required to close for staff development for 5 days.
We can confirm the following Teacher Training days:
- Tuesday 1st September 2026
- Friday 30th April 2027
- Monday 19th July 2027
- Tuesday 20th July 2027
- Wednesday 21st July 2027
