My name is Rebecca Garfield and I am a Parent Governor. I have lived in Bishop Auckland since I was born, and attended the nursery myself as a child. Now my eldest daughter is following in my footsteps and has attended since she was 2. She is thriving in the caring and supportive environment of the nursery. My youngest daughter will follow in the future.
I have a degree in Human Biology and PGCE in Secondary Science and have worked in various schools before becoming a stay at home mum which is a challenging, but rewarding job.
